REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more detailed information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Opened items such as our paintings cannot be returned once used but can be exchanged for a new one. If the item arrived damaged in shipping, a full refund can be processed.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, you can start a return process using your account login or by communicating with us through phone, email or live chat. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to be returned back into your account. All digital items such as tickets for our events or venue rentals can be processed without inspecting any physical items. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that venue rental down payments are non refundable after 3 days.
